A fifty ($50) dollar service fee will be charged for charters cancelled sixty (60) days or more in advance of the start date of the charter. Cancellation
notice of less than sixty (60) days shall result in forfeiture of the charter deposits, except if CHARTERER paid the appropriate but optional Charter Cancellation
Protection (CCP) fee, in which case deposits will be refunded, subject to certain qualifications, less the fifty ($50) dollar service fee. These qualifications include serious
illness or death of skipper or immediate family and cancellation of all public transportation to Southwest Florida, so ordered by the government, due to any reason except
weather. In case of a �named storm� (tropical or hurricane) affecting Southwest Florida, AGENT reserves the right to cancel all charters and apply deposits paid to a future
charter, date and yacht to be agreed upon with CHARTERER. If the appropriate optional CCP has not been paid, AGENT will make all reasonable attempts to re-charter
YACHT for an equivalent charter, and, if successful, will refund the charter deposit minus fifty ($50) dollar service charge
